Concept to Production
We understand that the development process can be confusing and lengthy without the proper advice. Big sample rooms often focus on large orders destined to be mass produced. We are a small local company that ensures one-on-one interaction and commitment to quality. We will work closely with you to guarantee the execution of your vision.
Sample Development
Whether it is from your own patterns or new ones that we create, we will work with you to help you bring your ideas to life. This includes cutting and sewing the first sample, fitting, corrections and the creation of a final sample that you can present to potential buyers and manufacturers for production.
Specialized Services
Our consulting services include outsourcing for grading companies, manufacturers, fabric and trim distributors.

We are also available to support you with special projects, one of a kind garments and even repairs.

Luz Studio is a Brooklyn based company created in 2019. Roberto Silva, the founder, has extensive experience in the fashion industry: design, garment construction and visual merchandising for retailers and brands. His projects have run the gamut from high fashion, set design and dressing for commercials to theatrical costume design and one-of-a-kind garment creation.
